Room1 Four Season Room
One step inside our 16' x 16' Thermal sun room and you'll feel the quality and see the beauty in our "Plus" design. We've combined the best of wood construction in the roof with the best aluminum wall system available to give you a room that easily blends with your home and your lifestyle. This showroom model has a wood truss roof system with a cathedral ceiling, R-38 attic insulation, with a Temo 406CCT85 wall system. The thermally improved aluminum frame won't rot, rust, or need paint. You'll appreciate the view of nature through large sliding windows with 3/4" insulated, tinted glass and two coats of Low E to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Take a walk on the mild side, come visit this relaxing room.

Room 2 Cathedral
It's about rays of sunshine lighting up your room, lofty space, extended height, and feeling like you're on vacation every time you step into your new room. This design works great on wood decks or concrete foundations, with strong extruded walls, tinted, tempered glass, and plenty of ventilation through the full screens. A peak full of glass sets this room apart from the ordinary. Plenty of room for a ceiling fan.

Room 3 Affordability
If you're looking for a great blend of quality and affordability, this is the room for you. Imagine tall sliding windows with full screens protecting you from biting insects, rainy weather, and blowing dirt and dust. Standard size walls and windows make this system affordable for any budget. Enclose your deck or patio and get years of use from an space that's currently going to waste.

Room 4 Custom Shapes & Sizes
This Bronze Beauty is just one example proving we can customize a room for just about any site. Here you can see several options all rolled into one room, just to give you an idea of the possible. This room features our 406 wall with 3/4" insulated glass in a thermal frame, but all options can be used in any of the 3 5/8" wall system.

Room 5 Studio
Simple, easy, practical... some of the words used to describe this "basic" patio room. "Simple" to construct, the space created serves its owners well for relaxation, entertaining, bird watching or exercise. Lots of options are available for this "practical" use of modern materials. Low maintenance, lifetime manufacturer's warranty, and proven reliability make this a winner.

Room 6 Wooden Porch
Available in any size, this conventional wood construction porch is designed to fit your architecture and neighborhood. Roof style, shingles and siding to match your home exactly, pleasing neighborhood associations and architectural improvement committees. Come look at this room, but keep in mind we'll build yours based on your needs.

Room 7 Floor-To-Ceiling Screen Room
If the bugs are bugging you, imagine your own nearly invisible defense system keeping you safe from the biting and stinging insects. Economical, maintenance-free and custom fit makes this an excellent choice to enclose an existing roof or start from scratch.

Room 8 Conventional Room Addition
A year round full fledged room addition. With its custom design, we think of it as more an extension of your home and your lifestyle. Conventional 2x4 or 2x6 walls, wood truss roof, shingles and all the comforts of your home. This room is not about the nuts and bolts, it's about how you want to feel, what you can do to step up to the next level of enjoyment at your home.

Room 9 Fireplace Room
Hypnotic beauty. Ever heard that term? Remember when TV hypnotists would dangle a gold watch in front of someone and count backwards to lull them into a deep, relaxing trance? Well, get ready because the golden flames lapping across the logs in our gorgeous fireplace room give you the relaxing trance you've been looking for. You do want a special place to relax and let go of the stress, don't you? Five foot tall, by four foot wide windows grace the walls of this thermally improved haven. Three color choices and two door styles make this one of the most relaxing rooms ever.
